Zaiwealth acts for a small group of private clients, entrepreneurs and investors pursuing disciplined acquisition and exit strategies across real estate and operating businesses.

The work rarely ends at a single transaction. We advise on positioning, timing, negotiation and long-term portfolio considerations, covering on- and off-market sourcing, deal structuring, portfolio repositioning, exit coordination, and cross-border introductions.

Engagements are conducted discreetly and, where appropriate, in collaboration with the client’s legal, financial and tax counsel. Mandates are considered on a selective basis.

Hospitality & Investment Assets

Zaiwealth represents asset owners and investors in hospitality and large-format commercial transactions, acting across boutique hotels, mid-scale and luxury operators, serviced apartments, hospitality redevelopment sites and mixed-use commercial property.

Transactions in this segment reward discretion and patience. Buyer and seller expectations rarely align on the first conversation, and a considered process tends to produce better outcomes than an accelerated one.

Corporate Leasing

Zaiwealth advises corporations, regional headquarters and growth-stage enterprises on securing office and business space aligned with their operational objectives.

The work covers office site search and relocation advisory, lease negotiation and commercial-term review, expansion and consolidation planning, pre-commitment negotiations on upcoming developments, and industrial and business-park leasing. We also represent selected landlords seeking structured tenant-placement strategies.

Long-term relationships remain the priority. We are more interested in the next ten years of a tenancy than the next ten days of the transaction.

Enterprise Transactions

Beyond real estate, Zaiwealth facilitates structured introductions for operating businesses and enterprise transitions, particularly in situations where property, operations and capital are intertwined.

Our work has spanned food and beverage concepts, wellness and medical clinics, education and training centres, industrial and manufacturing entities, and joint-venture discussions. Typical engagements include succession planning, strategic exits, partnership formation and restructuring.

Where appropriate, we work alongside legal, financial and tax professionals to ensure proper transaction structure and compliance. This remains our smallest discipline. Accepted on a highly limited basis.
