We work with private owners, investors, entrepreneurs and family offices on acquisitions, divestments and select opportunities across luxury residential property, commercial buildings, hospitality assets and business interests. Much of this work takes place before assets formally reach the market, through positioning, relationships and carefully managed introductions.
Alongside real estate, we advise on selected business and ownership transitions, particularly where assets, operations and capital intersect. This includes succession planning, strategic exits, partnerships and restructuring.

Alvin founded Zaiwealth on the conviction that meaningful transactions are built on trust, strategy, and long-term perspective.
With sixteen years in Singapore real estate, Alvin has represented private owners, family offices, and institutional investors across residential, commercial, and hospitality transactions. His work has spanned Sentosa Cove, Good Class Bungalows, conservation shophouses, Central Business District offices, and selected hotel and enterprise assets.
His advisory perspective is supported by a multidisciplinary academic background, with bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Accounting, and master’s degrees in Real Estate and Human Resources and Employment Relations.
His role is not merely to facilitate transactions, but to guide clients through decisions that shape long-term capital positioning. Most mandates are accepted selectively and handled with full discretion.
